The LINKR-MBT module represents the latest advancement in Omega’s telematics offerings, designed for no-contract, off-grid vehicle management. This system facilitates secure vehicle control from a distance of up to 300 feet and offers an extensive array of remote start configuration tools. Users can conveniently manage all programming and firmware updates through the free LINKR MOBILE companion app available for iOS devices.

Key features include:

 <li>Control: Users can lock, unlock, start, stop, or pop the trunk of their vehicle easily. The system provides real-time status information indicating whether the vehicle is locked or unlocked, Bluetooth signal strength, and even the internal cabin temperature when paired with compatible remote start systems. Direct Bluetooth communication ensures access to vehicle controls is maintained, independent of cellular signal or internet availability, making it particularly beneficial for outdoor enthusiasts.</li>
 <li>Programming: Programming is made straightforward with intuitive system menus that eliminate the need for counting chirps or deciphering light sequences. This streamlined process enables quick and error-free access to all settings while the system is installed in the vehicle.</li>
 <li>Updates: Firmware updates for compatible remote start systems can be conducted while the device remains installed in the vehicle, simplifying maintenance and enhancing user convenience.</li>
 <li>Sharing: The system allows for secure sharing of vehicle control with selected individuals by adding them to an ‘authorized users’ list. This feature limits their permissions to basic functions like locking and unlocking doors and remote starting the vehicle, preserving owner-exclusive access to system settings and firmware updates.</li>
 <li>Quick Install Test Mode: For installers, a quick test mode facilitates control and configuration of the remote start during installation. Once Bluetooth connectivity is disrupted, the LINKR-MBT becomes inactive within the app, signaling readiness for the new owner.</li>
